the staff provided a welcome message before i arrived. mr ika at the front desk arranged taxis (this service was really helpful). the hotel provided a farewell box of turkish sweets at checkout.
the showers felt a little small, and some of the fixtures needed maintenance.

the staff enhanced our experience. they were kind and helpful, especially ika. he.
the pool was not cleaned during my whole stay. i saw a green scum line around it, disappointing. the washing machines also vibrated through the back of one of our bedrooms until late at night.

the hotel has a pool surrounded by trees, offering both sunny and shaded areas. i saw plenty of tables and loungers to lie about in the sun, a plus. there are also supermarkets and cafes nearby, very convenient.

the hotel is approximately a 10 minute walk to the city center, very easy to get around. the location is quiet and nice, yet close enough to the lively areas and sights. at night i noticed many fantastic little venues around the hotel.

the staff had good spirit and were always ready to help with a smile. they generously upgraded us to a beautiful suite with romantic touches. one staff member, ika, was particularly kind and attentive.

the breakfast had a good variety of food. we were able to feed the various cats that visited, kind of cute. i was invited to have some breakfast even though i arrived just as breakfast was finishing!!!

the location was pretty good it was a short walk to the marina the staff were nice enough i guess
the room was nothing special the shower head was broken and barely worked repairs seemed cheap with obvious flaws it reminded me of a rip-off even considering it was off-season i wouldn't really recommend it if you're expecting anything even slightly comfortable

I was a bit let down with some aspects of my stay. my room wasn't as clean as i'd hoped. I noticed dust in corners. also, the breakfast got quite repetitive after a few days (though i did like the pastries).

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel's proximity to the marina and market was ideal. It made exploring very easy for me (as a solo traveller!).
The pool was not cleaned frequently enough, leading to a noticeable scum line.
